Mission
To create a social community for Graduate Liberal Studies students that promotes writing, reading, publishing, and literary discussion.

Purpose
To promote community for Graduate Liberal Studies students thereby promoting and strengthening the Graduate Liberal Studies program.

Goals
1) To provide and promote a public forum for Hamline Graduate Liberal Studies students to share their visions and voices in events such as readings, discussions and writing groups.

2) To provide Hamline Graduate Liberal Studies students with opportunities to learn their craft from professionals through visits from guest speakers, local writers, and alum.

3) To promote and cultivate a Hamline presence at literary and cultural events in the community at large.

4) To provide Graduate Liberal Studies students the opportunity to experience the process of grass roots publication that creates a space for emerging student writers.
